Having a sense of gratitude and appreciation for life is a gift for yourself. Click the picture to print the brainywoman ThankBoard. Ideally, print the two pages on heavy paper stock, but any paper will do. To assemble your ThankBoard, cut out each section. Fold the "Sleeve" at the fold lines on three sides, then glue the Sleeve to the "Back" as indicated in the "Final Product" picture. Don't forget to cut the Back at "cut A" and "cut B", too. Every day, write one thing you are grateful for each day on a ThankCard, using a dark marker. Display each of your ThankCards by placing it on your ThankBoard in the ThankCard cuts. Keep your ThankBoard in a place where you can refer back to it again and again. You will be surprised how happy you are just for expressing your thankfulness and appreciation every day. You can always find something to be grateful for!
